Cancellations, No-Shows, Additional Guest
We have a 24 hour cancellation/re-booking policy. By giving us enough time with any changes we are able to book that time slot for someone else. If you need to rebook over the weekend (while we are closed) leave a voicemail by calling (no texting) (619) 332-0623
If you don’t give us enough time (see our cancellation policy below) to allow us to book another person in the time slot we had reserved for you, it will be considered a no-show. You will be charged 100% of the fee. We always try and find someone to take that spot. We 100% prefer to have someone get a service instead of charging a card!
No-shows will be charged 100% of the services booked.
I Didn’t Know Your Policies?
1. Our policies are included in our new client form. So everyone who has a service at Waxing & Skincare by Celeste signs this.
2. The policy is included in the email you get when you book online or we book you over the phone.
3. Its included in our confirmation emails that are sent 1 day before you appointment.

Confirmations: If your appointment is not confirmed the day before your appointment we will cancel it.

Guest: No children or additional guest are allowed.
