Cancellations, No-Shows, Additional Guest<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Cancellation Policy. <\/strong><\/p>\n

We have a 24 hour cancellation\/re-booking policy. By giving us enough time with any changes we are able to book that time slot for someone else. If you need to rebook over the weekend (while we are closed) leave a voicemail by calling (no texting<\/strong>) (951) 383-6925<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Late cancellations.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you don’t give us enough time (see our cancellation policy below) to allow us to book another person in the time slot we had reserved for you, it will be considered a no-show. You will be charged 100% of the fee. We always try and find someone to take that spot. We 100% prefer to have someone get a service instead of charging a card!<\/p>\n

I Didn’t Know Your Policies?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Our policies are included in our new client form. So everyone who has a service at Waxing by Celeste Temecula signs this.<\/p>\n

2. The policy is included in the email you get when you book online or we book you over the phone.<\/p>\n

3. Its included in our confirmation emails that are sent 1 day before you appointment.<\/p>\n

Appointment Confirmations<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Confirmations:<\/strong> All Confirmations will got out 24-48 hours in advanced for single service appointments. If your appointment is not confirmed the day before your appointment our booking system will cancel the appointment automatically. For multiple services or large appointments please see below.

Large Appointments\/Multiple

\u26a0\ufe0fLarge appointments or multiple appointments need confirmation 48 hours ahead of\u00a0 time. If not, the booking system will automacially cancel them two days prior your appointment at 6:45 pm.\u00a0<\/p>\n
