WHAT IF YOU GET AROUSED DURING THE TREATMENT?

This does happen and is normal so don’t be embarrassed if this does occur. We respect everyone, and we already assume that you are not trying to get sexual gratification by visiting and having this procedure done. We are simply here to provide you with a wax service and nothing else. We do follow a very strict routine waxing procedure that will require you to stay in certain positions until the process is done. Any of our estheticians can refuse to work on anyone that they believe are out of line. We will not tolerate ANY unprofessional talk or gestures.

I AM PRONE TO INGROWN HAIRS, WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN?

Some skin types are not suited for this particular procedure. You may have a bad reaction to the wax, perhaps improper aftercare was not implemented, or not taking care of your skin the proper way. Please ask our estheticians to find out if you are a good candidate for this procedure.

HOW CAN YOU PREVENT INGROWN HAIRS OR BUMPS FROM OCCURRING?

What you will need to do is exfoliate your skin regular which can be extremely helpful especially if your exceptionally dry skin. We use PBF Vanish which both are good for those who suffer from ingrown hairs. We also have simple sugars scrubs that can be used to exfoliate.

HOW LONG DOES THE SERVICE LAST?

It just depends on your hair length, the density of your hair and other factors. Normally the process takes roughly 45 minutes.

ARE THERE ANY POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS AND CAN THEY BE MINIMIZED?

Although it would be nice to be able to predict who will have a bad experience most of the men who come to us normally have no problems. As long as you follow the aftercare procedures that we recommend, you should be able to avoid most potential problems.

HOW LONG SHOULD YOUR HAIR BE BEFORE WAXING?

It is recommended you have a very minimum of 2 weeks of hair growth or the length of a grain of rice. We also recommend your hair not be too long since it will hurt much more. We recommend anywhere from 2-7 weeks of hair growth.

HOW LONG DOES THE WAX LAST?

East person’s hair grows hair differently, but normally you can expect hair to start growing back in 2-4 weeks depending on the person. You also need to know that there are 3 hair growth cycles and not all of your hair grows at the same rate. We recommend clients come back every 4-6 weeks.

WHAT DO I WEAR DURING MY INTIMATE WAX?

You will have a towel that you can wear as you are having this done. At some point, you will be completely bare, but we also keep in mind the client’s privacy.
