During the session, you might be asked to pull the skin and shift to different positions so the therapist can get the hair easily. Also, even if you\u2019ve popped a painkiller, you might still feel a little bit of discomfort, depending on your pain threshold.<\/p>\n

Brazilian Waxing Tips After The Session<\/p>\n

Congrats! You\u2019ve survived the challenge, but it doesn\u2019t end there. In order to avoid irritation, inflammation, and infection, you need to follow a few aftercare tips for Brazilian wax. The first thing you have to remember is to wear loose pants and underwear for about a couple of days. Other tips include:<\/p>\n

Not touching the newly waxed skin. We know it\u2019s tempting especially now that it\u2019s softer and smoother but to avoid small pimples and irritation, you have to stop yourself from doing so.<\/p>\n

Showering instead of taking a hot bath. Lying in a tub full of warm water after a long, hard day is a reward; however, this is a big no-no after a Brazilian wax. After the session, the pores in your skin are wide open and this can only lead to infection. If you want to clean yourself, you can take a shower instead.
\nFor the next two days, avoid sauna, tanning beds, steam rooms, or even jacuzzi.<\/p>\n
